Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 23, 2009 No. 261-FZ "About energy saving and about increase in energy efficiency and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 48, Art. 5711; 2010, No. 19, Art. 2291; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; No. 49, Art. 7061; 2012, No. 26, Art. 3446; No. 29, Art. 3989; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2871; No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) add with Item 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) establishment of requirements to carrying out energy inspection, to results of energy inspection (the energy passport and the report on carrying out energy inspection) (further - requirements to carrying out energy inspection and its results);";

b) add Item 12 with words ", and the reporting on their realization";

c) add with Item 14.1 of the following content:

"14. 1) monitoring and efficiency analysis of realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency;";

d) add with Item 14.2 of the following content:

"14. 2) preparation of the annual state report on condition of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency in the Russian Federation;";

Article 8 to add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) implementation of other powers in the field of energy saving and the increase in energy efficiency referred by this Federal Law, other Federal Laws to powers of local government bodies.";
