About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About further measures for enhancement of national system of export control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 27, 2010 No. 257

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About further measures for enhancement of national system of export control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 27, 2010 No. 257 the following changes and amendments:
1) in Item 3 of the word "Ministry of Economic Regulation" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics";
2) in Regulations on the procedure of export control of controlled products in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named resolution:
- in all text of the word "Ministry of Economic Regulation" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding cases;
- in all text of Chapters 9, of 10, of the 11 and 12 word "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic", "authorized state body", "state authorized body" and "authorized body" in different cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases;
- in all text and in appendices 4 and 5 of the word "import certificate" in different cases shall be replaced with words "end-user certificate" in the corresponding cases;
