About reduction of price of natural gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Recommend to the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power to establish in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade since limiting January 1, 2014 (maximum) level of natural gas price, implementable:

to organizations and the organizations which are financed from state and local budgets - 2448 hryvnias for 1000 cubic meters (excluding tax on value added, collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on natural gas for consumers of all patterns of ownership which is levied in the amount of 2 percent, rates for transportation services, to distribution and supply of natural gas on regulated rate);

to industrial consumers and other subjects of managing - 3113 hryvnias for 1000 cubic meters for the I quarter 2014 (excluding tax on value added, collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on natural gas for consumers of all patterns of ownership which is levied in the amount of 2 percent, rates for transportation services, to distribution and supply of natural gas on regulated rate);
