About entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 1780

1. Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for change of the purpose of the parcels of land approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 1780 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 4, 5/35041), to add with part two of the following content:
"Change of purpose of the parcels of land provided for maintaining personal subsidiary farm, and also the parcels of land provided for construction (construction and servicing) of capital structures (buildings, constructions) before completion of their construction is not allowed.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2014.
