No. 127-130, 496), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. The instruction about external obligations approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 185 of July 13, 2006 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 116-119, 427), with subsequent changes and amendments, to change and add as follows:

1) In all text of the instruction, including in appendices:

a) syntagmas "licensed bank" and "in licensed bank" in the corresponding number and case to replace depending on case with syntagmas "the supplier PUR", "the supplier has PUR" or "to the supplier PUR" in the corresponding number and case, except for Items 3.5 and 5.5;

b) the words "the loan/credit relating to international trade" in the corresponding number and case shall be replaced with words "commercial loan / credit" in the corresponding number and case;
