About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"Bilateral international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan are signed with foreign states in state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other languages in the consent of the parties.";

add with part three of the following content:

"Bilateral international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the international organizations and multi-lateral international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan are signed in the languages determined by the consent of the parties participating in negotiations.".

2. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2005 "About international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 10, Art. 35; 2007, No. 4, Art. 34; 2010, No. 17-18, of Art. 109; 2011, No. 7, Art. 54):

Article 1 to add 1) with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) plan of the conclusion of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the list of international treaties which participant the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also drafts of international treaties intends to become;";

2) in Article 2:

in paragraph one of the word "International Agreements" shall be replaced with words "1. International agreements";
