About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 25, 2003 No. 1193 "About approval of the Concept of design of banknotes and coins of national currency - the Kazakhstani tenge"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 25, 2003 No. 1193 "About approval of the Concept of design of banknotes and coins of national currency - the Kazakhstani tenge" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 38, Art. 384; 2008, No. 31, Art. 309) following change and amendment:

in the Concept of design of banknotes and coins of national currency - the Kazakhstani tenge, approved by the above-named Decree:

state Item 13-1 in the following edition:

"13-1. Front or the back of banknotes shall contain the signature of the Chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan under which production of banknotes is performed.";

add with Item 19-1 of the following content:

"19-1. In design of collection and investment coins for the purpose of promoting of national currency in foreign countries use of the images connected with world history, universal culture, values and property is allowed.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
