About change and amendment of budget classification

According to part (5) and for the purpose of regulation and improvement of procedure for reflection of separate budget indicators I ORDER to Art. 7 of the Law on budget system and budget process No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996:

1. Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to make the following changes and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:

1.1. In appendix No. 1 "Classification of budget receipts":

In the Section 115 "Internal Taxes on Goods and Services" to exclude paragraphs 20 and 21.

1.2. In the Section 116 "Taxes on Foreign Trade and External Transactions" to exclude paragraph 21.

1.3. In the Section 123 "Administrative Penalties and Sanctions":

1.3.1. To state the name of paragraph 23 in the following edition:

"123 23 Penalties imposed by the National inspectorate on patrol, established by means of audiophotovideo means for traffic violation";

1.3.2. Add with paragraph 25 in the following edition:

"123 25 Penalties imposed by divisions of the General inspectorate of police, established by means of audiophotovideo means for traffic violation".

1.4. Add the Section 311 "The Current Transfers from the Government Budget" with paragraphs 01, of 06, 07 in the following edition:
