1. Bring in the Regulations on assistance to the unemployed in the organization of business activity, activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism, craft activity approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 7, 2008 No. 342 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 66, 5/27288; 2009, No. 251, 5/30593; 2010, No. 80, 5/31529), following changes:

to exclude from Item 1 of the word "and the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 1991 " about entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus " (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of SSR Belaruskay, 1991, No. 19, the Art. 269)";

the ninth to state the paragraph to part three of Item 11 in the following edition:

"the unemployed obligation in case of non-realization of business activity by him more than 6 months during the 12-month period from the date of state registration as the individual entrepreneur or registration of the private unitary enterprise, peasant farm, except for the period of action of the circumstances interfering implementation of business activity (suspension of business activity in connection with child care aged up to 3 years, during execution of the sentence connected with restriction of the right to be engaged in business activity of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to be engaged in certain activities, temporary disability and in other cases, stipulated by the legislation) to return the received subsidy amount of 7-day term from the date of approach of the obligation on its return;".
