About modification and amendments in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6

According to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6 "About stimulation of business activity in the territory of averages, small residential locations, the rural zone" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 53, 1/13491) the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in subitem 1.1:

in paragraph five of the word "including" shall be replaced with words "and also";

add the subitem with part two of the following content:

"In relation to the commercial organizations which resulted from reorganization of the legal entity in the form of transformation, the seven-year period specified in paragraph one of part one of this subitem is estimated from the date of state registration of the legal entity as a result of whose reorganization the relevant commercial organization is created;";

1.2. in subitem 1.2:

to exclude from paragraph one of the word "in the territory of averages, small residential locations, rural zone";
