About modification of Article 56-1 of the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (4) Article 56-1 of the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 (repeated publication: 2004, 247), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 42-44, in the following edition:
"(4) Pension is appointed by social welfare institutions. Expenses on pension payment are made as follows: 50 percent of the established pension size - from the budget of the national social insurance and 50 percent - from the government budget.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
