I ORDER:
The state customs inspection under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Make customs clearance of the goods arriving to business entities (prime contractors) participating in the Projects of development financed by international financial institutions according to the above-stated Explanation. By provision of exemptions of taxes and customs payments it is necessary to be guided by the enclosed Provision.
2. To monthly represent data to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic on actually imported goods within Projects of development and Investment Agreements.
3. Bring this order to the attention of territorial customs authorities on places.

This Provision is developed for the purpose of streamlining, control and accounting of imported goods, things and other objects on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of Credit and Investment Agreements.
Credit and Investment Agreements within which Projects of development and investment projects are performed shall be without fail ratified by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic or Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time, under the Agreements signed before entry into force of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic ratifications are not required.
