About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 11:

part (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) Acts of National Bank are subject to check of legality in administrative courts according to the procedure established by the Law on administrative court, and requirements of this law.";

add Article with parts (5) - (9) the following content:

"(5) Acts of National Bank are not subject to feasibility check.

(6) Claims in administrative court concerning acts of National Bank or dissatisfaction in the time of the statement established by the law are shown them in degree of jurisdiction in the location of National Bank.

(7) the Acts of National Bank relating to area of monetary and monetarist policies including protective measures, can be disputed only in that, as for the procedure of acceptance.

(8) Provisional statements about contest of acts of National Bank of special bank management, the acts of National Bank adopted in the course of assessment and supervision of quality of shareholders of the subjects which are under the supervision of National Bank, and also measures applied by National Bank or the special managing director in the course of special bank management are considered by National Bank within 5 working days.

(9) Claims for contest of the acts of National Bank relating to area of monetary and monetarist policies including protective measures, acts of National Bank of special bank management, acts of National Bank adopted in the course of assessment and supervision of quality of shareholders of the subjects which are under the supervision of National Bank, and also measures applied by National Bank or the special managing director in the course of special bank management are considered in three-months time from the date of their giving.".

2. Add the law with Article 11-1 of the following content:
