About recognition No. 136 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2000

Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2000 No. 136 "About approval of the Regulations on planning and development of actions for labor protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 113, 8/4357).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
