About modification and amendments in the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 13:

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Meetings of Permanent bureau are recognized competent with the assistance of most of his members.";

2. Part (Article 22 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Decisions of the commission are made in the following procedure:
