1. Approve the List of internal finishing works without which accomplishment acceptance in operation of apartment houses is possible that is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine of December 24, 2008 No. 637 "About approval of the List of internal finishing works without which accomplishment acceptance in operation of apartment houses, and the List of the executive and other documentation provided to selection committee in case of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 20, 2009 for No. 39/16055 is possible.

3. Department of state programs and development of housing construction (Nepomnyashchy A. N.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Ishutko of Page Yu.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.
