About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)"

Bring in the Federal Law of October 26, 2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 43, Art. 4190; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5748; 2009, No. 1, Art. 4) following changes:

1) in Article 177:

a) add item 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of recognition by the bankrupt of the fishing artel (kolkhoz) specified in Item 2 of this Article, the rights to production (catch) of water biological resources can be alienated or pass to other persons in that measure in what turnover of water biological resources it is allowed by the legislation on fishery and preserving water biological resources.";

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. For initiation of proceeedings about bankruptcy of agricultural organization at least than five hundred thousand rubles are taken into account of the requirement, components in total.";

c) add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. The statement for recognition of agricultural organization by the bankrupt is adopted by Arbitration Court if requirements to agricultural organization in total constitute the amount specified in Item 5 of this Article, and such requirements are not performed within three months from date when they be performed.";

2) paragraph two of Item 3 of article 178 after the words "extreme nature" to add with words "and also there were bases for rendering the state support to agricultural producers, the stipulated in Clause 8 Federal Laws of July 25, 2011 No. 260-FZ "About the state support in the field of agricultural insurance and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Development of Agricultural Industry",";

3) in Article 179:
