About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

"Work plans on implementation of the audit headed by members (auditors) of Audit Chamber are constituted with the compulsory provision of their annual rotation taking into account specialization of the directions of the audited object.".

3. In part 5 of Article 12:

state Item 11 in the following edition:

4. In Article 23:

add part 5 with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) violation of requirements of article 22 of this Law.";

in part 6 of the word "according to the proposal of the chairman of Audit Chamber" shall be replaced with words "on representation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, parliamentary majority and parliamentary opposition".
