Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ "About information, information technologies and on information security" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 31, Art. 3448; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4196; 2011, No. 15, Art. 2038; No. 30, Art. 4600; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4328; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1658; No. 23, Art. 2870; No. 27, Art. 3479) following changes:

Article 15.1 to add 1) with part 13 of the following content:

"13. The procedure for restriction of access to the websites to Internet networks provided by this Article is not applied to information, the procedure for restriction of access to which is stipulated in Article 15.3 presents of the Federal Law.";

To add 2) with Article 15.3 of the following content:

"Article 15.3. Procedure for restriction of information access, extended with violation of the law

1.
