About prolongation of effective period of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of military transport planes

1. For the purpose of implementation of the Memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Airbus of Military company concerning delivery of the C-295M military transport planes of February, 2012 to extend the validity of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of military transport planes (FEACN CU code 8802 30 000 3) till December 31, 2018 inclusive.
2. In the note 13C to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) the words "till 31.12.2013 inclusive" shall be replaced with words No. "till 31.12.2018 inclusive".
3. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
