About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About electric communication"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 10, 2002 "About electric communication" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 4, h 2, Art. 323; 2006, No. 3, Art. 156; 2008, No. 3, Art. 198; No. 12, h 2, Art. 996) following amendments:

1. Add Article 2 with paragraphs the fourteenth and fifteenth the following content:

3. To add part one of Article 20 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-sign agreements directly with physical persons or legal entities based on identity documents of physical persons, or constituent documents of legal entities;".

4. To add part one of Article 21 with the paragraph third the following content:

"-provide identity documents of physical person or constituent documents of the legal entity in case of the conclusion of the agreement;".
