1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2003 No. 1185 "About approval of Rules of confirmation by the foreigners and stateless persons applying for receipt of permissions to permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the solvency during stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 44, the Art. 485) the following change and amendment:
in Rules of confirmation by the foreigners and stateless persons applying for receipt of permissions to permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the solvency during stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The submitted documents confirming solvency are checked by law-enforcement bodies regarding authenticity by sending an inquiry in the bank institution which issued the document confirming solvency from written consent of the foreigner and the stateless person according to appendix to these rules.";
add the specified Rules with appendix according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
