1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 03.04.2015 No. 196

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2009 No. 238 "About approval of Rules of pricing in the controlled markets" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 13, the Art. 93):

The rules of pricing in the controlled markets approved by the specified resolution:

add with Item 7-2 of the following content:

"7-2. Concerning pricing on commodity gas establishment of different price levels on customer groups according to the method of calculation of the prices of commodity gas of subjects of the controlled market approved by the authorized body performing management in the field of natural monopolies and the controlled markets is allowed.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
