In the conditions of danger to territorial integrity of Ukraine, threat to its state sovereignty, provoking of the power scenario and destabilization of country situation, violation of its peace the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on behalf of the people of Ukraine:
1. Expresses complete solidarity and full support to all staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - from the minister to the private which are ready to rise in defense of our Homeland.
2. Unconditionally approves the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine made on March 1, 2014 "About urgent measures for ensuring national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine".
3. Charges to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take immediate measures for improvement of material financial provision of all requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine connected with protection of Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity. In case of need - immediately to submit in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine proposals on introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014".
