About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies" on its reduction in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 38, Art. 385; 2013, No. 15, Art. 97, Art. 98, No. 24, Art. 243) following changes:

1. In Article 3:

in word part one "acts and orders of the President of Ukraine, the annual president's letter of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about domestic and external situation of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine";

in part three of the word "President of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. In Article 5:

in word part one "the President of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

in word part six "the act of the President of Ukraine of appointment of the head of the neogenic ministry, other central executive body" shall be replaced with words "resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on appointment of the minister, the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of appointment of the head of other central executive body", and the words "on the head of such body "shall be replaced with words" on the minister, the head of other central executive body";

3. In part one of Article 6 of the word "the President of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
