About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" concerning its reduction in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 20-21, of Art. 190; 2010, No. 37, Art. 496, 2011, No. 10, Art. 63; 2013, No. 15, Art. 98, No. 17, Art. 154) following changes:

Of "the annual president's letter of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about domestic and external situation of Ukraine" to exclude 1) in part one of Article 6 of the word;

"The annual president's letter of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about domestic and external situation of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 2) in part two of Article 7 of the word "and the resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine";

3) in Article 8:

in word part two of "the Prime Minister of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
