About entering of amendments and changes into the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1

1. Bring in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1 "About state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 17, 1/10418; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.01.2013, 1/14032) following amendments and changes:

1.1. in the Regulations on state registration of subjects of managing approved by this Decree:

in Item 7:

add part one with the offer of the following content: "The authorized capital of the commercial organization shall be announced in Belarusian rubles.";

"In case of the contributing to authorized capital of the commercial organization in foreign currency according to the procedure determined by the legislation, its recalculation is performed on the official rate of Belarusian ruble to the corresponding foreign currency established by National Bank for date of the actual introduction of this contribution.";
