About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning the national social insurance
For the purpose of providing complete and timely payment receipt in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 1995 No. 483 "About ensuring timely salary payment" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, No. 34, Art. 821; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 1, 1/5176):
in word part one of "insurance premiums for these amounts of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "compulsory insurance premiums, fees for professional pension insurance for these amounts of the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus";
in part two of the word "Social Security Fund of the Population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. in subitem 2.1 of the Item 2 procedures of payments between legal entities, individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 359 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 64, 1/1403; 2001, No. 44, 1/2593; No. 85, 1/2967; 2002, No. 15, 1/3447; 2003, No. 105, 1/4927; 2006, No. 53, 1/7389):
in paragraph three of the word "and in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words ", compulsory insurance premiums, fees for professional pension insurance for these amounts of the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus";
