About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 752) the following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 2:

add Article with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) planning of defense and use of Armed Forces and other military forming;";

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4) development, preparation and maintenance of Armed Forces and other military forming in readiness for ensuring military safety and defense;";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8) protection and protection of frontier, defense of the territory and airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13) creation and enhancement of single system of management of Armed Forces and other military forming, and also planning of use of radio-frequency range for the benefit of defense;".

2. Add Article 5 with Items 9 - 11 following contents:

"9) unanimity of views on the organization of defense and construction of Armed Forces;

10) succession of the theory and practice of construction, development, preparation and use of Armed Forces;

11) compliance of structure, organizational and regular structure, number of Armed Forces to tasks of ensuring military safety in peace time and the armed protection in wartime.".

3. Article 6 - 8 to state in the following edition:

"Article 6. Structure, tasks of Armed Forces and other military forming

1. Armed forces consist of bodies of military management, connections and parts of the state bodies knowing questions of defense and protection of frontier, National guard.

Tasks of Armed Forces are:

1) the armed protection of the state sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, the constitutional system, society and citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic against aggression;
