Article 1

In the subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 11 of the Federal Law of December 17, 2001 No. 173-FZ "About work pensions in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4920; 2002, No. 30, Art. 3033; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3602; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3739; No. 49, the Art. 7039) the words "no more than three years" shall be replaced with words 2011, "no more than four and a half years".
