About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following amendment:
add Article 156 with part 5 of the following content:
"(5) Criminal case concerning the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic is brought only by the Attorney-General of the Kyrgyz Republic".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
