About modification and amendments in appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006.

For the purpose of execution of provisions of article 21-1 of the Law No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 on wages system in the budget sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006. "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 91-94, 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in Item 2 the single part becomes the subitem 1);

add with subitems 2) and 3) of the following content:

"2) for efficiency according to the prevention and fight against corruption:

a) for officers - in the amount of 1,5 from the average monthly salary on economy for last year;

b) for subofficers - in the amount of 0,8 from the average monthly salary on economy for last year;

3) the allowance provided in the subitem 2) is established according to the indicators of achievements approved by board of the Center".
