About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union
According to article 3 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and Article 7 of the Customs union agreement on veterinary and sanitary measures of December 11, 2009 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision), the Commissions of the Customs union approved by the Decision of June 18, 2010 No. 317, of change according to appendix.
2. The appendix to the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision), provided by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 830, to exclude.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 10, 2013 No. 294
1. To state part one of the Section "General provisions" in the following edition:
"The regulation measures provided by the Section I of the list according to appendix No. 1, and from the moment of accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization – the measures provided by the Section II of the specified list are applied to the controlled goods imported on customs area of the Customs union until accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization.".
2. In part five of Chapter 15 of the word to "appendices No. 1 and 2" shall be replaced with words to "appendices No. 2 and 3".
