About modification of appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2010 No. 9

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2010 No. 9 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of metrology is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state metrological supervision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 1, of Art. 27) changes which are applied is determined.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 2014 No. 38

The changes made to appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2010 No. 9

1. To exclude subitems 4-7 of Item 3.

2. Add item 4 with subitems 3-6 of the following content:

"3) serial production, sale, repair and hire of means of the measuring equipment which are used in the field of the state metrological supervision, and also their import to the territory of Ukraine;

4) the state acceptance tests of means of the measuring equipment which are used out of the sphere of the state metrological supervision;

5) custom-made production of the measuring instruments used in the field of the state metrological supervision;

6) calibrations of means of the measuring equipment for other subjects of managing and physical persons which are not subjects of managing.".

3. Add appendix with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. If the subject of managing can be carried at the same time to two or more risk degrees, such subject belongs to more high risk.".
