At the same time, if the property value of non-state legal entities and physical persons, except for shares of joint-stock companies and shares in the authorized capital of limited liability partnerships, exceeds the 30000-fold size of monthly settlement indicator, the consent of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is necessary.
The decision on share acquisition of joint-stock companies and shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability partnerships belonging to non-state legal entities and physical persons, transferred to the republican possession according to the gift agreement is accepted by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The decision on the conclusion of the gift agreement on property of non-state legal entities and physical persons transferred to the utility possession is accepted by local executive bodies.
