"49) approval in coordination with the central authorized body on state planning of procedure for development of offers on acquisition and lease of real estate objects, capital construction and repair of buildings (constructions) of foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

50) approval of procedure for accreditation of representative offices of foreign mass media and their journalists;".

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 19, 1996 No. 1144 "About acquisition and lease of real estate objects, capital construction and repair of buildings and constructions of organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad";

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 29, 1997 No. 903 "About approval of the Regulations on accreditation of correspondents and opening of offices of mass media of foreign states in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
