About use of the mechanism of the exchange biddings when exporting raw materials and products

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of export of separate types of raw materials and products the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 103, 5/14395; 2006, No. 207, 5/24366; 2007, No. 131, 5/25266; No. 144, 5/25324; No. 235, 5/25824; No. 248, 5/25911; No. 263, 5/26047; No. 292, 5/26288; 2008, No. 15, 5/26597; No. 31, 5/26725; No. 162, 5/27959; No. 211, 5/28245; 2009, No. 16, 5/29126; No. 18, 5/29138; 2010, No. 92, 5/31624; 2012, No. 15, 5/35154; No. 30, 5/35361; No. 37, 5/35434; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.07. 2012, 5/35926) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 3 part two:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "in Item 1" "in Item 1-4";

in paragraph three of the word "in Items 1-1-1-2" shall be replaced with words "in Items 1-1-7";

in paragraph four of the word "in Items 1-1-2" and "within a month" to replace respectively with the words "in Items 1-1-7" and "within seven calendar days";

in paragraph five of the word "in Items 1-1-2, 6, 7, 16, 16-1 and 17" and "within a month" to replace respectively with the words "in Items 1-1-7 and 2" and "within seven calendar days";

after the paragraph eight add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"in Item 17 of the list, self-produced, not implemented at the exchange biddings. The specified goods can be implemented out of the exchange biddings at the price, not below declared at the exchange biddings. Such transactions are subject to registration in "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company within a month from the date of their conclusion;";
