About renewal of action of separate provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

Article 1. Recover action of separate provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine with such changes made by the laws of Ukraine of December 8, 2004 No. 2222-IV of February 1, 2011 No. 2952-VI, of September 19, 2013 No. 586-VII:

 Articles 76, of 78, 81-83, 85, of 87, of 89, of 90, of 93, of 98, 112-115 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 76. The constitutional structure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - four hundred fifty People's Deputies of Ukraine who are elected on the basis of general, equal and direct suffrage by secret vote for a period of five years.

The citizen of Ukraine who on the election day reached twenty one years can be elected the People's Deputy of Ukraine, has the right to vote and lives in Ukraine within the last five years.

The citizen having criminal record for making of intentional crime cannot be elected in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine if this criminal record is not extinguished and is not removed in the procedure established by the law.

Powers of People's Deputies of Ukraine are determined by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine.

The term of office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine constitutes five years";

"Article 78. People's Deputies of Ukraine perform the powers on permanent basis.

People's Deputies of Ukraine cannot have other representative mandate, to be in public service, to hold other paid positions, to be engaged in other paid or business activity (except teaching, scientific and creative activities), to be part of governing body or the supervisory board of the company or the organization aiming at profit earnings.

Requirements concerning incompatibility of the deputy mandate with other types of activity are established by the law.
