About modification and amendments in the Law on the consular fees No. 242 of September 24, 2010

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the consular fees No. 242 of September 24, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 231-234, 732), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 2:

in the concept "consular legalization" change concerns only the text in state language;

add Article with the concept "permission to emigration" of the following content:

"permission to emigration - the formal permission of authorities of the Republic of Moldova on departure for permanent residence abroad.".

2. In Article 4:
