1.1. in case of payment by the citizen of notarial rate for making of notarial actions and rendering services of legal and technical nature by notaries (further - notarial rate), rate for the services of technical nature rendered by employees of notarial archives (further - rate for services of technical nature), by cash deposit of money the notary, the employee of notarial archive on each fact of acceptance of cash draws up receipts in the forms established by the Ministry of Justice (further if other is not established, - the receipt on acceptance of cash).
