Equipping with modern conveniences every day, the cities, settlements and villages of our country find cardinally new appearance thanks to construction of modern settlements, new apartment houses with all conveniences, schools and kindergartens, objects of culture, sports complexes equipped according to modern requirements, the healthcare institutions equipped with the latest developments of scientific and technical progress, other social facilities, corresponding to spirit of era of power and happiness representing social orientation of the policy which is consistently carried out by the President of Turkmenistan.
For the purpose of successful implementation of the General Program of social and economic development of the city of Ashgabat, transformation of our capital in the next years to one of the most beautiful and developed cities of the world, improvement of domestic conditions of the population of the city of Ashgabat, placement of buildings and constructions of different purpose which construction is planned in the city, proceeding from modern town-planning requirements and considering representation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, according to Item 11 of article 63 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan the Majlis of Turkmenistan decides:
1. The earth of the territory of the city of Abadan of Ahal Region and partially - the earth of the territory of the Rukhabatsky Etrap of Ahal Region, - 37654 hectares according to appendix No. 1 to include all in limits of the territory of city lands of Ashgabat, having excluded these lands from structure of the territory of Ahal Region.
