Considering the statement of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 21, 2014 and other messages concerning attempts of certain politicians, representatives of local government bodies, leaders of associations of citizens, radical persons to create the soil for escalation of the civil conflict, distribution of separatist sentiments that can lead to emergence of threats of territorial integrity and immunity of the state, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. To categorically condemn manifestations of separatism and any other infringement of territorial integrity and immunity of Ukraine.

2. Demand from the Security Service of Ukraine quickly to investigate all messages on the actions containing signs of crimes against bases of homeland security of Ukraine and, in particular, infringement of territorial integrity and immunity of Ukraine and to take drastic and exhaustive measures for the termination and prevention of threats of homeland security of Ukraine.

3. On February 25, 2014 to hear in the Verkhovna Rada information of the Security Service of Ukraine on investigation of messages on infringement of territorial integrity and immunity of Ukraine and, in particular, messages about separate negotiations of deputies of different levels with representatives of foreign states on the possible Section of the country on several parts that is said about them in the statement of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 21, 2014.

4. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
