Article 1

3) receipt in authorized body or its territorial authority of idea of the electoral commission of conducting check according to item 4 of article 35 of the Federal Law of July 11, 2001 No. 95-FZ "About political parties", Item 13 of article 59 of the Federal Law of June 12, 2002 No. 67-FZ "About basic guarantees of the voting rights and the participation rights in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation";
