About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About application of amnesty in Ukraine" rather complete rehabilitation of political prisoners

For the purpose of non-admission of political repressions and cases of application of punitive justice for fight against political opponents the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About application of amnesty in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 51, Art. 580; 2013, No. 21, Art. 208) following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in word part one of "certain category" to exclude;

add with part four of the following content:

"The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has the right to adopt the law on amnesty both on certain category of persons, and on specifically certain person (individual amnesty)".

2. The second Article 2 to add part with the words "except cases of individual amnesty".

3. In Article 4 part one:

add the Item "and" with the words "except cases of individual amnesty";

add the Item "in" with the words "except cases of individual amnesty";

add the Item "g" with the words "except cases of individual amnesty";

add the Item "e" with the words "except cases of individual amnesty".

4. Add Article 7 with the words "except cases of individual amnesty".

5. Add Article 8 with part three of the following content:

"Terms of release of persons under the law on individual amnesty are established in such law".

1. Apply complete individual amnesty to:
