About enhancement of activities of bodies of the income and charges
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the central executive bodies in the field of implementation of the state tax and customs policy, and according to articles 85 and 116 of the Constitution of Ukraine the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides providing legitimate rights of taxpayers:
1. Recommend to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to perform when reforming system of the central executive bodies complex of the actions directed to liquidation of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine and formation of the relevant central executive bodies in the field of tax and customs policy.
2. To committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning tax and customs policy to prepare offers on entering of corresponding changes into the legal acts of Ukraine connected with accomplishment of Item 1 of this Resolution.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the moment of its acceptance.
