About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 19, 2012
Article 1. In Item 1 of part 2 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax" of December 22, 2010, ZR-246-N, words of "the certificate on state registration" shall be replaced with words "state registration or the state accounting".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
