Article 1. Item 7 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax" of December 22, 2010 to state ZR-246-N in the following edition:
"7) the services rendered to military personnel and persons equated to them or their income gained according to articles 33-36 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social security of the military personnel and members of their families" in natural (not cash) form, and also cash allowance of the military personnel of obligatory military service (cadets) and the payments equated to it;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
