1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for placement and distribution of convertible securities approved by the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 18, 1997 (рег. No. 351 of July 1, 1997), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
