About reorganization of the federal state unitary enterprise "All-Russian Research Institute of automatic equipment of N. L. Dukhov"

For the purpose of enhancement of structure of nuclear weapon complex of the Russian Federation and increase in efficiency of use of its potential I decide:

1. Accept government proposal of the Russian Federation about reorganization of the federal state unitary enterprise "The All-Russian Research Institute of automatic equipment of N. L. Dukhov" (Moscow) in the form of accession of the federal state unitary enterprises "Institute of Strategic Stability" to it (Moscow) and "Design office of the motor transportation equipment" (Mytishchi of the Moscow region).

2. Determine as priority activities of the federal state unitary enterprise "The All-Russian Research Institute of automatic equipment of N. L. Dukhov":

a) development of nuclear ammunition and their non-nuclear components;

b) development and serial production of systems of blasting and neutron initiation of all types of nuclear ammunition, the unified equipment and means for transportation and operational control of nuclear ammunition, equipments for ensuring experimental and test works on the Central polygon of the Russian Federation, the special land and onboard equipment of detection of nuclear explosions;

c) creation and servicing of the automated systems and complexes of control over the implementation of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty of September 24, 1996;

d) basic and applied researches in the field of nuclear physics and special materials science, perspectives of development of nuclear weapon;

e) maintenance and development of basic and critical nuclear weapon technologies in the specified spheres of activity;

e) development of conventional ammunition and serial production of their components;

g) development and production based on nuclear technologies of the equipment for use in medicine, in case of investigation of oil, gas and other minerals, implementation of anti-terrorist activities;

h) development and production of automated control systems for nuclear and thermal power plants.
