About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following amendments and changes:

1. Add Article 27 with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) examination of hunting minimum;".

2. Add Chapter 5 with Article 34-1 of the following content:

"Article 34-1. Examination of hunting minimum

3. In Article 140:

in the paragraph the second to replace the word of "five" with the word of "twenty".

4. In the paragraph the second Article 141 of the word "from one to three" shall be replaced with words "from one to ten"; shall be replaced with words the words "from three to five" "from five to twenty".
